  1. Lori, that is a beautiful rig. At that price, it should be sold before the weekend is over. Good luck. I miss your blog.

  3. It is a beautiful motor home, and will probably be snapped up right away by someone who has followed your travels and remodeling of your home a few years back. If you are in the vicinity of Sacramento, I'd love to visit you before I go to Lassen to work this summer. How is retirement going? I hope you are both well.

    1. I was happy for you when I read that you sold your larger motorhome... and even more happy that you had found such a perfect rig for your changed circumstances. I could see us doing something similar when the time is right for extended road trips. It would not surprise me if our eventual purchaser will come from our blog. Thanks for the shout-out on your post today, Al, and safe travels.

  14. Say it isn't so....not Scoopy! So sad to read this but understand. If we wanted to change from a 5er to a MH yours would be the first one I'd buy. I know how much love and care you have lavished on your beautiful rig. Anyone would be lucky to snap this up. Good luck. Miss your blog and travels. Hope you keep the blog and your campground review blog up on line. I still refer to both for recommendations for campgrounds and stuff to do in an area. Yours was always one of the best.

  17. So sad to see you guys officially hanging up your keys. We were hopeful you might be out and about a little bit. We miss reading about all your adventures.

I'm sure your coach will sell quickly. You kept it in great shape and all those up grades! Speaking of coaches, we're looking to buy a new Winnebago Tour. We're actually in the "negotiations" right now. We'll have more info up on our blog later. So sad that we won't be able to meet up somewhere again and see you guys.

Hope you both are happy and healthy!

  19. Well, we never got to meet! Maybe in Sacramento where we have driven by countless times but never visited. Lunch at one of the Riverside restaurants one day?

    1. By all means, please get in touch if you are ever heading in our direction (on your way home, maybe)? We'd love to meet you and Norma. Though we are giving up RV'ing (at least for now), we do plan to travel via auto, plane and maybe even train, so - who knows - maybe we'll be looking you up in Campbell River one day! :)
